POLICIES
The Arizona Sunburst Inn is an exclusive property for MEN ONLY where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 1:00 PM. Your anticipated stated arrival time is very important. We plan staffing around selected arrival times. If arriving outside of your estimated arrival times, please call to make arrangements. Non-communication of changed arrival times will cost you $25 per hour that you are late after the first hour.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. If you need a later check-out time, we're very accommodating when notified in advance. Otherwise, there will be extra fees incurred for every hour after 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets are no longer allowed on the property.
Damaged/stained bedding will result in an $85 restocking charge.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
